Rent Our Facilities
Staging an event at our museum is a one of a kind experience. If you wish to rent our facilities for an event, please fill out the following form as far in advance as possible and hit the SEND button. If you would like, you can erase it and start over. You can also write us or call us (our address is at the bottom of every page). Please keep us updated on all changes to your plans so that we can meet your needs.

Are you interested in renting any of our white folding garden chairs at $2/chair? ______ Do you have liability insurance? _____ Are you interested in purchasing a one-time liability policy from our provider? ____ If you do not have liability insurance, we will ask you to sign a waiver of liability. This is especially important if you will be serving liquor at your event. If it is sold as in a cash bar, your vendor must have a liquor license that permits the sale. Will you be serving liquor at your event? ______ We do not have restroom facilities for the general public during our regular hours of operation. However, if you event will be an after-hour function, we can make our restrooms available for a stocking fee of $25. Your alternative is to rent a porta-potty. Are you interested in using our restrooms? _______ We do have a basic kitchen and a food service staging area at our Linden House facility. Will you be serving food at your event? ________ Will you be using a local caterer? ______ We can supply you with a list of local caterers. Will you be using a tent for your event? __________ Rented tents are available at A&K Hardware. They charge a fee to put up and take down the tent. Our staff is not available to put up or take down the tents. In order to reserve the date for your event, a refundable security deposit of $100 will be charged. You can pay this deposit by check, money order, or credit card.
